Thu Duc Viettronics Corporation (VTD), formerly National Enterprise was established in 1971 between Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd (Japan) and Entrepreneur Nguyen Thanh Nam. In 1977, the state-owned company was renamed Vietnam National Enterprise. It was 45 years long. The company has been renamed and called Thu Duc Electronics Joint Stock Company Also known as Viettronics Thu Duc.
